This split-level design seamlessly follows the natural contours of the topography. A landscaped courtyard, featuring a circulation staircase, serves as the focal point, uniting the two distinct living areas. This design not only promotes an abundance of natural light, greenery, and ventilation but also integrates these elements deep into the interior spaces.
The elevation of the house boasts clean, sharp roof lines and two symmetrical front gables, each adorned with expansive side-by-side balconies, reflecting the essence of a dual occupancy development. The two elevations, while similar in overall structure, diverge in intricate details. Bespoke architectural elements, such as vertical and horizontal boards, are thoughtfully introduced to infuse visual interest and rhythm into the design, giving this home a unique and charming character.
